Our main parking lot is at the corner of 8th and Walnut, along with parking along the south-side of 8th street and a few spots on Main street in front of the church.
Currently, we have two main entrances; the East-entrance, which is essentially the back door of the church and the Main Street entrance.
On any particular Sunday you’ll find people wearing anything from jeans and a t-shirt, to business casual, to their Sunday best.
Our Sunday worship Service is a mix of honoring tradition, engaging the contemporary and celebrating diversity in worship.
There will be contemporary worship songs, traditional hymns, a time for congregational Scripture reading and a message focused on the truth of God’s word. Our hope is that this will deepen your appreciation for the Scripture, strengthen your conviction in God as He has revealed Himself to be and encourage you in your walk of faith.
People from all walks of life attend First Baptist Church 800 N Main. Whether you’re starting over, well established, or maybe in limbo, you are welcome here and will be treated with kindness, dignity and respect.
